I had a serious mold issue in my attic; the smell from my attic was horrendous. I searched online for a mold removal company and found mold specialist, affiliated with five boro mold. I called them up and their secretary was wonderful, she explained the whole process as well as how any money paid towards the inspection would be deducted into the removal and I would also receive a full report stating where the source of the mold was. I scheduled an appointment with them and they came a week later. The crew came and used infrared cameras to find there was a leak in my roof. They also showed me how far the mold has grown in my house. After the inspection about 3 days later I received a report with pictures and a process to remove the mold without any deconstruction. I scheduled a removal the next week and they came down. I left my house for the weekend so I can get away from the mess and when I came home and went into the attic the terrible smell was gone. I scheduled a roofer to fix the breach. It's been a year since and I still haven't had an issue with the attic again. These guys know what they are doing, and I recommend them to anyone who has any sort of mold issue. |

There was a serious mold issue in my basement; there was a terrible smell of sewage coming from around the basement sewage drain. I called Brooklyn Mold Inspections team and they told me that they could have someone come down to my house the same day! I took the offer and they came down with 2 technicians and a site manager. They performed the whole inspection in less than 30 minutes and showed me the source of the water damage. After the inspection they offered to do the whole removal on the spot, for a very reasonable price. I left the house and came back home about 6 hours later and the smell was gone, replaced with a pleasant sweet smell. They sent me a report and everything so I could submit it to my insurance company. A month afterwards I haven't had that smell come back. They are definitely efficient. |

I recently moved into an apartment in Queens and I was sneezing and coughing constantly.I visited the to the doctor. After all of the test the Doctor told us both similar results. That we both were dealing with a serious mold issue and I should have my home inspected. He recommended us to call Brooklyn Mold Inspections to do the inspection. I called up Brooklyn Mold Inspections and asked them to come down for an inspection. They came and with their technicians and a on site manager. They told me that the inspection wouldn't take long and that they have infrared technology and air testing equipment to see if there's any forms of mold in the house. they found a serious problem inside the hallway walls. Seems like there was a leak form the top floor and it's been there for a very long time. They told me that they would need to flush the area, spray down the wall and fumigate the area.. I appproved and left the house for the week. Ever since I've had no issues with the air. I would recommend Brooklyn Mold Inspections to anybody who might feel sick and have allergies. |

I was suspicious of a condo I was going to buy so I called a mold company to have it checked out and they said it was fine, but the condo is expensive and I've heard nightmare stories about mold so I decided to call Brooklyn Mold Inspections for a second opinion upon recommendation of the CEO of my company. I had allergies was really sick, my doctor said I might have a mold problem I called these guys they came down right away gave me an estimate within a day they called me came down, got rid of the mold , cleaned, then inspected again to make sure the mold was removed, and then surprised me with a followup phone call a month later to see if I was still having problems or if my sickness went away! |

I live in Park Slope, Brooklyn and I brought a brand new home here. It's just me and my child. When we moved in after about a week my son started to break out with rashes. When my kid went to school the nurse called me up asking me if she was allergic to any foods or materials. So far that I've know my son has no alllegies. The nurse recommended that I take him to the doctor. I took my son to the doctor and the doctor ran blood test. The doctor infromed me that the test show that he has a severe allergy to mold and that he recommends Brooklyn Mold Inspections to do the inspection and the removal. During the inspection he found some mold growing inside of the air conditioning unit. They told me that they would need to flush the unit and do a fumigation of the whole house. Mold Sickness

I moved into my new place and I was breaking out with rashes. I was scared went to the hospital. The doctor told me it could be mold related, so did some research online. I found the Brooklyn Mold Inspections site and the symptoms were similar. I called them for an immediate inspection and they came the the following day. They discovered that there was mold in the air conditioning units. I then asked them if they could remove it by the end of the week. They told me they had the tools to remove the issues on hand. They removed the problem in less then an hour they were professional, and meticulous in the removal in my home. Since then I've been well! Call them if you feel you have any mold issue. |
